The drop stitch fabricated mattress has tens of thousands of polyester strings woven on the top and bottom of the inside that pulls the mat up and down when air is injected, and tens of thousands of strings make the mattress solid, stable, and strong. Product manufactured in such a way is an air mattress with distinguishing advantages that do not bend, tilt, and twist.

Sustainable Environment

TPU coated fabrics are used since 2018 to supplement the limitations of PVC, which was used by AIRBOX before then. These are more durable and have a higher wear resistance compared to PVC fabrics which have overwhelmingly little damage on the fabrics. The costly materials increase the production cost resulting in a smaller margin, however, AIRBOX never compromises when it comes to quality. Furthermore, we are developing lightweight fabrics and try to improve quality and strive hard to search for a sustainable material and production process to protect the environment.
